Automated verification should take around 5 minutes, but could take 2 hours or longer if there are problems with the automated verification and the application requires manual review. Кто не в курсе через что выводить . Вот известный обменник https://www.bestchange.com/stellar-to-yandex-money.html В данном случае ссылка на обмен XLM на яндекс кошелек , но Вы сами можете выбрать вебмани или другую площадку и совершить спокойно обмен.

не все же. я помогал например выводить, чтоб побольше было и нетерялось бабло
Выводил напрямую XLM-qiwi вышло на баланс 1219. Также попробовал на блокчейне обменять XLM на биткоин и также вывести через бестченж, вышло 1394 на баланс) Правда сам свап крипты проходил около суток.
